Jurors

●Mehdi Alizadeh
Born idfsfsdfsdfn 1935, graduated in Architecture from Tehran Univ.,Faculty of Fine Arts. Has been working for 45 years, and has a brilliant curriculum containing beautiful residential, administrative, and industrial buildings.

 

●Seyyed Reza Hashemi 
Graduated in Architecture in 1970 from Tehran Univ.he started his career working on the Master Plan of Hamedan, he has been the Deputy Director for Architecture and Urbanism in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning for a period of 15 years. He was the Deputy for Urbanism also to the Mayor of Tehran in the year 2000, executive manager to many research and educational programs, such as the National Spatial Plan of Development, the drafting of the first National Building Codes and regulations, and the management of hundreds of plans and projects.

●Bahram Shirdel
Graduated from the Univ. of Toronto, Master in Architecture from the Academy of Art in Crownbrook Michigan, he is the director of Shirdel and co. consultants. He has taught in the Architecture School of London, the Architectural Institute of Southern California, Harvard Univ., Univ. of Ohio, and in Illinois. He has been director of design in RmJm in Dubai. He has won awards in international and Iranian competitions. His designs have been published in important architectural reviews in the  world.

●Kamran Afshar Naderi
After studying in Tehran and Genova in Italy, and having worked in the profession for seven years in Italy, he returned to Iran in 1993. He started teaching in Azad Univ., designing architecture, and being a critic of architecture from the beginning. Afshar Naderi was a collaborator of Memar Magazine since it was founded. He has published 3 books and 130 articles. He has also published in England, Swiss, Germany, Italy, and the US. He has already been jury to many of Memar Awards. In his 25 years of career, he has mostly worked on International projects.

●Chris Bosse: Graduated in Stuttgart Univ. and UTS Institute of Technology in Sydney, Chris Bosse has written for A+U, Architectural Record, Domus. Since 2001 he has taken part in exhibitions and competitions, and has received a number of awards for interior design in 2005 and 2009, as author architects in 2008, and 100 effective works in 2009. He has also been jury to the World Festival of Architecture ( WAF) in Barcelona. He is partner to PTW architectural firm and is the director of Lava. He has played an essential role in the Beijin Water Cube Project, winning the 9th prize in Venice Biennale.
